Booking Terms & Conditions
Lease & Payment
Each contract covers one (1) bed in a shared dormitory room.
All stays are on a monthly basis, starting from the agreed check-in date and ending on the last day of the month.
Rent must be paid in full and on time as stated in the monthly billing statement.
Deposits & Fees
Upon check-in, residents must pay:
One (1) month advance rent (credited to the first month), and
One (1) month security deposit (refundable within 15 days after the end of stay, net of damages or unpaid charges).
Security deposits will be forfeited if a resident ends the contract early.
Utilities
Utilities are billed separately. Power will be billed based on actual usage and water has a fixed amount of 500 PHP.
Rates and policies may be adjusted and will be communicated in advance.
Late Payments
Late payment incurs a 1,000 PHP penalty per month (or fraction thereof), compounded until fully paid.
Access to the bed/unit may be denied if payment is overdue by 3 days or more.
Inspections & House Rules
An inspection checklist will be provided upon check-in to record the condition of furniture, appliances, and fixtures. If no checklist is signed, all items are considered in good condition.
Residents must follow all House Rules, which may be updated from time to time.
Linen Policy
A new bedding set is provided upon check-in at 1,000 PHP (one-time fee).
Liability & Safety
Residents are responsible for their own safety and belongings. 10 Oxford Residences will not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury unless caused by proven gross negligence.
Residents are responsible for any damages or violations of rules and may be charged accordingly.
Data Privacy
Personal data (e.g., names, IDs, contact details, CCTV footage) may be collected and processed for security, billing, and official purposes in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
