Highly recommended! Can't emphasize how comfortable this place is. Last year I stayed in their shared rooms, so this year I wanted to try the Studio room. Hotel level ambiance, if not better! The space is clean, safe, quiet, and smells great. Drinking water is always available! The staff are beyond friendly and helpful! I stayed on the fourth floor but they have personell that helped me with my heavy luggage since they don't have an elevator. There's so much space for my things. And there's even entertainment (games, TV) but I couldn't use them because I only stayed for a short time. The only things I would have liked to have during my stay was having a full length mirror and a comfortable working chair for the desk while I was working. However I did enjoy standing (healthy!) from time to time while working! (the chair is a stool, no back rest). But it wasn't bothersome for a short stay. And other than those, I loved the stay! I would hopefully like to try the 1 bedroom next time!

Its good value for the young and physically fit travelers. I like the theme-its Scandinavian style. I like the fact that it encourages guest to exercise using stairs. The scape, the kitchen amenities, the way that they built the unit to ensure safety of their guests, the location thats is close to shops and cleanliness is a plus.

I stayed at 10 Oxford Residences for 3 days and was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. Just a heads-up—there's no elevator, but the staff are very helpful and assisted me with my heavy luggage. The room and bathroom were both clean, and my overall stay was relaxing. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Araneta Coliseum. I’d also like to commend the front desk staff. I was expecting a parcel and informed two or three of them over the course of two days. They were consistently kind and attentive, making sure to keep an eye out for the delivery. Although my package arrived after I had checked out, they gladly received it on my behalf and were still very accommodating and polite when I came back to pick it up. Excellent service! 🫶

We appreciated the complimentary coffee, and the air conditioning kept the apartment wonderfully cool. Additionally, having a refrigerator and microwave added to the convenience. The apartment had everything we needed, and we couldn't have asked for more. Its location is excellent, with food stalls right beside the building, a 7/11 and Andok's within walking distance, and Gateway Mall just a few minutes away. The ambiance of the place is fantastic, and the staff truly made a difference with their exceptional service. 10 Oxford Residences will be my go-to place whenever I'm in Manila.
