Booking Terms & Conditions
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out time: 11:00 AM on the day of departure
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out / Extensions
Requests must be coordinated with the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Approval is subject to room availability and additional charges.
Extra Person Charge
An additional charge of 800 PHP per person per night will apply for each extra guest, subject to room capacity and availability.
Cancellation
Guaranteed bookings are non-cancellable & non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure.
Rebooking
Guaranteed bookings may be rescheduled to a new stay date within 15 days of the original check-in date only in cases of force majeure and subject to room availability.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in:
✔ 2,000 PHP for hotel rooms
✔ 1,000 PHP for hostel stays
The security deposit must be paid in cash. It will be refunded in full upon check-out once room keys are returned and no damages are found.
Parking
Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our parking area follows a one-way flow, so please coordinate your entry and exit schedule with the front desk upon arrival. Kindly inform us in advance if you will need a parking slot.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside rooms or hallways. A designated smoking area is available on the ground floor. A 5,000 PHP fine will be imposed for violations.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed inside the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
Prohibited Items
Deadly weapons, hazardous substances, and other items that may endanger guests or staff are strictly prohibited within the premises.
Quiet Hours
Visitor Policy
Guests may receive visitors until 10:00 PM. Beyond these hours, an extra person charge of 800 PHP per person per night will apply.
Personal Belongings
The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables properly.
Damages to Property
Guests and their visitors will be held responsible for any damage or loss of hotel property. Corresponding charges will be applied to the guest’s account.
Data Privacy
The hotel values your privacy. All personal information provided is handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, ensuring strict confidentiality and lawful use.
