Early Check-In / Late Check-Out / Extensions
Requests must be coordinated with the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Approval is subject to room availability and additional charges.
Cancellation
Guaranteed bookings are non-cancellable & non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure.
Rebooking
Guaranteed bookings may be rebooked within 15 days of the original stay date, only in cases of force majeure and subject to room availability.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of 2,000 PHP is required upon check-in. It will be refunded in full upon check-out once room keys are returned and no damages are found.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside rooms or hallways. A designated smoking area is available on the ground floor. A 5,000 PHP fine will be imposed for violations.
Prohibited Items
Deadly weapons, hazardous substances, and other items that may endanger guests or staff are strictly prohibited within the premises.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a restful environment, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Visitor Policy
Guests may receive visitors until 10:00 PM. Beyond these hours, an extra person charge of1,000 PHP per night will apply.
Personal Belongings
The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables properly.
Damages to Property
Guests and their visitors will be held responsible for any damage or loss of hotel property. Corresponding charges will be applied to the guest’s account.
